David has 20+ years of experience developing business applications for financial and real estate companies. He led the technology side of the project that would become PredictAP, and leveraged his deep expertise of real estate and finance business pain points to envision a unique solution. He holds an MBA from Boston University.

Russell has over 30 years’ experience building and exiting high-growth B2B SaaS companies. His expertise includes partnering with founders and investors to drive strategic focus and build out the people and processes needed to scale B2B and B2C companies. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MA in Law from Oxford University.

Greg brings 20 years of B2B Product & UX leadership experience. He specializes in taking a customer first approach to building and scaling products. Prior to PredictAP, Greg’s experience includes leadership roles at Uberflip, SnapApp, and Senior Systems (now Community Brands).

Karo Sadowicz is a seasoned marketer with nearly two decades' experience ranging from nonprofit and higher education marketing to tech marketing. Her work has spanned content marketing, web design, advertising, editorial strategy, SEO, public relations, social media, product marketing, positioning and messaging, sales enablement, customer marketing, and writing, lots of writing.

Chris brings 20+ years of engineering experience, including time at Apple and Blizzard. He specializes in building and scaling stable, secure business-grade products, and brings a blend of expertise in developing tech solutions for business and consumer users.

Stephen has spent 16+ years in SaaS sales, having built and led multiple teams in the U.S. and EMEA, who is passionate about strategic problem solving. He has brought multiple products to market, spanning HR, marketing, and financial technology. Based in New York, Stephen is an avid golfer, skier, and triathlete who loves history and science fiction. He is a graduate of Boston University.

Tony brings 20+ years of financial systems experience as an administrator, an implementation consultant, a consulting leader, product owner, and a customer success executive. He has a passion for helping customers streamline mission critical processes to enable them to focus on the business rather than the jobs to be done.

David brings deep expertise in real estate focused technologies as a 10+ year Yardi alumnus. Since 2018 he has focused on providing superior technical solutions to Yardi Voyager customers. At PredictAP, he works with clients to bridge their AP automation solutions to PredictAP's unique capabilities.

Kristina is a versatile, experienced full-stack engineer, who has worked on solutions for clients ranging from healthcare, to fintech and insurance, to consulting agencies. In her most recent role at ezCater, she worked on a React Native app to provide Android and iOS native apps for a catering delivery management system.

Emily brings two decades of finance experience, spanning accounting operations, fraud detection, bookkeeping, process development, and controllership. As founder and principal at E-Squared Partners, she provides a full range of financial operations services to start ups and small businesses on a part-time basis.

With nearly a decade of experience in marketing communications, Dana Grundy is a seasoned B2B marketer specializing in event programming and content creation. Over the course of her career, she’s worked with enterprise companies, early stage startups, and lots in between.

Dan’s approach to engineering is about developing valuable, user-centric products. He specializes in rapid prototyping, and builds and maintains iOS, web, and desktop software. Dan previously worked at Blizzard entertainment, and some day hopes to become the founder of a small, sustainable company. Dan composes music in his spare time—you might find him on Spotify.

Sabrina is a machine learning and data engineer with a background in financial tech and extensive experience with model development and deployment. They love experimenting with machine learning solutions that balance complex and sometimes competing performance requirements. Sabrina is also interested in mathematical logic, computational theory, and molecular cell biology, and has a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee.

David is a seasoned infrastructure engineer with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. He specializes in building scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions. David is passionate about automation and has developed extensive automated solutions for infrastructure, testing, configuration, and deployments. He previously worked at Blizzard Entertainment and NICE.

Ethan is a versatile engineer with experience encompassing front end web development, data systems, and broader software development. He's a graduate of Northeastern University, and has spent most of his time in the SaaS world working on solutions for tech-savvy marketers.

Mirek delivers a comprehensive data science approach to PredictAP's machine learning work, partnering with the engineering team to help build smarter and more adaptive solutions. He holds a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and has conducted technology research at Cornell University, Microsoft Research, and the Max Planck Institute for Informatics. He serves as associate professor at Northeastern University in Boston, MA, where his cutting-edge research and teaching prepare students for real-world data science challenges.

Tara brings a versatile combination of experience in spaces including Product, User Operations, and Workforce Management within the Real Estate Tech industry. She strives to ensure a customer centric mindset and prides herself in practicing a detailed approach to decision making in order to transform opportunities into sustainable outcomes.

Darren is a versatile full-stack engineer with a background in B2B SaaS, primarily in marketing technology at SnapApp and Uberflip, with a dash of adtech and data science at Clypd. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science at Northeastern University, and brings endless curiosity and a collaborative spirit to the PredictAP team.

Michelle is a seasoned product manager with a background in technical troubleshooting and problem solving to enable customer success. She is joining PredictAP after over 10 years in health tech working on products ranging from personal wellness to medical devices and electronic medical records. She has a degree in cognitive science from Case Western Reserve University and lives in Delaware.

Emma brings a client-first approach and extensive experience in project management and technical implementations to her role as a product manager. She joins PredictAP after over 10 years in the health tech space, most recently at Virgin Pulse, where she led a cross-functional team creating software products that foster healthy habits. She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
